Niche Flowershop | Interior

VERVOLMAKEN designed the interior for Niche Flowershop from scratch in a new build empty commercial property.

To give the flowershop a visual statement Niels van Hout incorporated a traditional garden shed in the open floor plan design. At the same time a great way to hide the shop’s functionalities: toilet, workspace, storage.

Inspired on a picknick table, all furniture was designed using one bulk of wooden slats; tables, chairs, counters and shelving. Everything painted clear white on a night blue concrete floor and sandy backdrop.

To complete the design concept VERVOLMAKEN recycled wishing lights into lighting elements. They move upwards from front to back, to disappear over the horizon.
